SHAW ACADEMY *****ED ME!!!

I am soo annoyed with Shaw Academy. I registered for a free course through Shaw Academy. During the registration process, they asked for my banking details stating that they want to keep records of their students. Not necessarily for any debits or purchases. Yesterday a purchase went through on my account 'Shaw Academy' R399. I did not authorize for this to happen. I am disappointed in them and I wish they communicated with me first. I want my money back. Right now I keep sending endless emails with no positive response.

I want to cancel this damn membership with immediate effect!!
