Shaw Academy bad service

Hi I have started with Shaw Academy online and they have the worst service. They also taken money out of my account. Called me to tell me all about this special package everything included. Taken money out my account, have not received anything from them in months and when I just thought they did fix the problem, they send me a link to receive the stuff I purchased. Just to take another amount out of my account. I'm trying to get my money back, and they still looking into it.. and they still trying.
