Shaw Academy are *******!

I did a free trial with this company and cancelled it online and verbally before the free trial was up. I received an emailed cancellation from them on 7 June 2021. On 08/08/2021 they debited my account for a subscription fee that I was unaware of and hadn't authorized. Now I cannot get hold of them. Their electronic answering requests a student number and when I put in the number they gave me, it says it is the incorrect number. Do not under any circumstances give this company your banking details!!!!!!!!
