Shaw Academy are *******

I signed up for a so called free course, and was asked for my banking details, just in case I decided to sign up to other courses. I was promised that I could opt out at any time, and that my bank account would not be debited if I did cancel. I subsequently cancelled, and was notified that they received my cancelation request and that my account had been deactivated. All of this took place early in December 2019. Then on the 5th of February 2020 my account was debited for the amount of R399. They did not take the money as a debit order, so I could not reverse it. I tried getting hold of them, but there is not one number to call, only an email address. I sent three emails to three different email addresses, and got one back to say so someone would be in touch with me soon to sort out this problem. It has now been 4 days, and I still have not been contacted by anyone. I would like to have my money put back into my account. And I am afraid that they will debit my account again next month.
