Shaw Academy are ******** - Be Warned

They sent a promotional text for a free course, and to activate the voucher they requested banking details. Then a month later they deduct R399 from my account without my consent. I queried this and requested a refund as I did not sign up for premium membership with them. They said their terms and conditions do not allow them to give me a refund, as I did not cancel the subscription before the month end. I'm still puzzled as to which subscription? If I had R400 to subscribe, I could have just used that to take a short course. I am so annoyed with these ****** ********, and I too wish they could burn in hell for all eternity.
