Shaw Academy are rogues

I received a complimentary 4 weeks free course via vodacom with Shaw Academy which I had taken for me daughter in February 2021. There after they attempted debiting my account for R399 then R1799 and I made contact with them and advised that the 4 weeks course was complimentary from Vodacom and I had no interest in subscribing with them full time. They cancelled the request and debit requests in March 2021. Now I September they debited my account for R1799.00. If you go to my history it is quite evident that neither my daughter nor I have attempted any courses since March 2021. Now they are telling me that they will only refund me R 800 out of the R1 799.00. I need my full refund as that was for my other necessary debits and not Shaw Academy who did not provide me with any service . Reference is *** via Marcus
