Shaw Academy and Vodacom Courses - misleading

If I can give them a -10 I would. I won a Free 4-week course with them through Vodacom. I was never able to do the course and contacted them for assistance in canceling the course. To my knowledge, the course was canceled but then the deductions started going off from my bank account. I tried to cancel it through them, through the bank but with no luck. I tried contacting them, but their website does not have any contact numbers and they only rep**** to my e-mails this week. I received a call from a consultant last week, explained the situation but this week the amount was still deducted. The consultant would have come back to me, that didn't happen either. At the very last I asked someone to assist me on their website to see what is happening with this account. It seems the account is still active. This person, with no connection to Shaw Academy, was able to assist to cancel the course, which I won for free but had to pay for, never used, and still no assistance from the Academy itself. In my opinion, they are misleading people not very literate in technology into doing a course but then you have to pay for it in the end with no means to contact them or getting any valid assistance from them to resolve your issue. I am really disappointed and would not recommend them at all.
