Shaw Academy and staff a ****

I am extremely disappointed in one of your staff member Nathan N****.

Just to give you background to the story. I signed up for the free trial and a week into the free trial I cancelled over the phone with Nathan N****. Who I turn told me he has cancelled my subscription but I could still carry on my free trial.

Lord and behold, on the 28th my account was debited. I am extremely upset that it seems that I have been ****med by your employee. I have spoken to Zanet Peterson who eventually cancelled my subscription. I also request her to send me the recording of me and Nathan’s conversation, but she said I should speak to the Billings department.

So please could you forward me the recording. I also would to request a refund for the deduction on my account, cause if you listen to the recording you will pick up that I asked him repeatedly if he cancelled my contract and he repeatedly said yes.

He has since never responded to my emails or calls.

I have seen many negative comments about Shaw Academy online, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt, to try it out.

But this whole situation just confirmed everything I read.

Probably won’t even get a reply from this as well.

Please refund m my money you took from my account!!
