Shaw academy

Good day to the hellopeter team.

I am delano and a link of shaw academy courses has been shared on social media about courses that was going for free the four weeks and only after the four weeks if you agree to continue you will pay. Their free course is only one module. They make you purchase materials, plans and certificates at different prices. I am highly upset with Shaw academy coz they take your banking details to access you online and even when you not continuing to study with them they still deducting money for services you not provided with. They claim their policy doesn't allow a refund. I sent an email to them asking them to cancel my membership coz i am being charged for something im not doing. They gave me the process and when i went through the process it gave me a number i had to call to confirm my cancellation. I have contacted the number and the number does not work at all i want people to see how we being ****med into paying for things we not provided with. Shaw academy has not informed me or asked me am i interested to continue studying with them and twice i have been paying for a course im not doing. I would have appreciated if shaw academy had contacted me via phone or email to confirm if i was going to continue with course or not before deducting from my account .They have not contacted me in any form to find out if i wanted to continue or not.
