Shaw academy a complete ****.

A complete and utter ****!!! I signed up for a free 4 week course, where I had to enter my banking details - they did not charge me for anything. But the minute I pressed on the resources for the classes, they took R500 from my banking account. Nowhere on the resources did it say it costs any money and there was no warning to say I will be paying for the resources. The offer was for a 4 week FREE trial.

I tried to get my money back, they said because I already purchased the resources, it downloads automatically and I have access to it so a refund can not be offered. They then said they will increase my trial to 4 months free trial period and 3 extra resources completely free.

I now cannot access or log in to my account. It says the account doesn't exist and I'm putting in the wrong credentials.

On the app, it shows no courses available for my account.

I am completely disappointed. What a complete waste of my time and money.
