Shaw Academy

According to Shaw Academy the first 4 weeks are for free. That is not true at all. I tried to cancel with my student number i received from them, but with no avail. Suddenly my student number doesn't exist. They deduct today for the second time, R199 from my bank account! You can't email or phone them for assistance.
