Seems Shaw Academy Never Stops Harassing You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So a couple of months ago I signed up for the free trial at Shaw Academy. I cancelled before the billing date as I saw a lot of negative reviews here and I did not find the course interesting. The cancellation went well but today, after about 2 months, I suddenly get an email from these people saying that they tried to deduct money from my account. When I checked my profile, it shows that my membership is active and that they tried to deduct money on my account even though my account was not active! I never gave permission for you people to reactivate my account and I most certainly do not owe you any money.

All I want is my account to be cancelled! How is that difficult to understand?! Why do you people continue to harrass me with emails and messages and why can't you just leave me alone?!
