I signed up for the free trial and they promised to send a reminder as to when I should cancel before they charge me, and I never received the reminder and they deducted R399 while I haven’t even looked at the course content once as I had difficulties accessing it, and when I finally tried to cancel my subscription I only managed to do so after a long struggle as they would not allow me! They are refusing to refund me. This is a horrible company with extremely bad client service and on top of that their course structure is not user friendly for someone with a busy and unpredictable schedule. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies.
