I signed up for free trial probably 2 years ago but, decided not to continue with the course. 2 months ago I saw a fee trial ad on Instagram on another course and I clicked on the link but, was unable to access it as my profile still showed the previous course which is incomplete. To my surprise my account was debited twice already for a subscription I know nothing about. I sent them an email and they told me they can process my refund because I clicked on a subscription link. I asked them to provide proof of my subscription and advise which course I'm being debited for but, they just ignoring me. I logged on to my profile to double check but, there are no active courses. They are just *****ing my money for no reason.
