********. Deduction of money without permission

I signed up for the so called 3 week free course. After about a week I wanted to cancel. They told me that I have to call in to cancel. I tried everyday and the number does not exist. I emailed on a daily basis , I was told in December that my membership was cancelled and no money will be deducted. Last night I had money deducted from my account without my permission. And they put through as a purchase so it's not possible to reverse. They are the biggest ******** and ***** and I will be opening a case of theft against them are the police!!!!
