****** ******** debitting months after cancellation

I got a confirmation email that my account was deactivated in August 2020, and on the 2nd of Feb 2021 i got debited R200 and ive sent multiple emails and they not responding, i contacted them on twitter and they told me i had a 4 weeks trial and i didnt cancel on time.
