I registered online for the free trial. It stated that banking details were needed for verification purposes and I could cancel anytime for free. After my second lesson, on the site I noticed that you have to pay for the certificate and they encourage you to pay now, before the course has ended! That made me very suspicious so I went to the cancellation page. After following all the prompts, it's states that I have to call a number to confirm the cancellation. They need to know why you are cancelling even though that question has already been answered online. This is very ********* as I don't need to be interrogated as it why I want to cancel. Cancellation is usually a very simple process so now I am very worried that they are going to try and debit my account.
