I sent an email to cancel my subscription, which still went off after the call. I emailed them to refund due to reason 1 I tried to access the site and did not managed to log into the first class. I never again accessed their site. They told me to cancel it myself. I could not, then took another subscription, emailed again and now they canceled it and had a nerve to tell me I can still access till the 9 July.

Still waiting for my refund

Worst of all the number they call u from when u call it goes to immediate voice mail.
