This academy offers you a free trial but then you must pay for a 3month subscription fee. The lectures do not appear or play on your app/ profile, you send the bot information & the response is not helpful at all. When I go on the app to cancel the subscription, you go through the process & then it further says to cancel you must call *** . Upon dialing this number is says "the number is no longer in use".

Please advise how do you cancel this debit order when you cannot get through to anyone . Who is collecting my hard earned money.
