They immediately charge you without authorization upon signing up for free trial.

<div>I signed up for free trial which promised they would not charge during that time. I know this because I take screen captures whenever I sign up for things like this. Turns out I was immediately charged for a downloadable diploma for a module of a class I didn't even start yet. That is...insanity. Aside from the clear fault of charging me without authorization despite promising they wouldn't, who gives out diplomas for completing PART of a course? And who on Earth actually charges you 30 dollars for one?! That is insane.

Not only that, but there was ZERO e-mail confirmation that I had "purchased" this diploma. They'll send you spam e-mails all day long. What they won't send are receipts for unauthorized purchases they push through.

I asked them to reimburse me. They refused to give me my money back, but told me they'd instead grant me access to extra materials that are normally worth $100s in value or something along those lines. No. Give me my ACTUAL money back.

Also, cancelling the "free" trial is insanely difficult. They make you call in and listen to recordings of an automated messaging telling you you're giving up on your dreams and what not if you cancel. Process took forever.

If you signed up with this company, please check your bank statements OFTEN to make sure they're not sneaking in more chargers or giving your card info to other companies. </div>
