**** **** **** WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a **** **** **** website! I signed up for a free 4-week trial class and mis-clicked on the button saying 'get course materials'. However, when I tried to cancel it, the automated generated email said that the electronic course materials have been delivered and could not be refunded. So I called them 5 times and emailed 20 times to cancel it. The hotline workers first refused to cancel it, and then promised to refund it and cancel my membership but never did it. They kept sending me automated generated emails with conflicting information, just to create an illusion that they have done what they promised.
