****!! Not free. If you answer their "welcome" phone call they will charge you for a membership. In one week they tried to charge my card 5 times! My bank was aware of the **** before me and contacted me to confirm the charge. I told them no I didn't authorize any charge so they blocked Shaw Academy. Completely ********* company found a loophole and charged my card with a misspelled name " Shaw Acadeny" and it went through. Had to go through the ***** department of my credit card since it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund from them directly. To cancel requires canceling online, then calling them (during their open hours.) To request a refund you get redirected to email them. I emailed back and forth for weeks and saw no improvement. I'm so thankful my credit card covered it. I have heard from multiple people PAYPAL does not usually give credit and many people have lost a lot of money that way. Personally if my credit card did not waive the charge I would have lost $221 US.
