**** **** ****!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT A ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shaw academy took money off my credit card TWICE WITH NO AUTHORIZATION!!!!!! I signed up for the free trial with Shaw and then paid for 6 months. Thereafter I cancelled my membership. (My online Shaw profile reflected "membership cancelled" ) On Wednesday the 16th of December they took R269.40 off my credit card, on 18 December they deducted another additional amount of R898 also from my credit card -------EVEN THOUGH MY MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can only communicate to them via email, the contact number on Google doesn't even ring!!!!! How is this even possible!!!!?????????
