I am so furious!

I subscribed to do a course and cancelled. I called the number provided on the 18/19 June with the reference number and the guy assured me that he will unsubscribe me and gave me a "free" certificate. Here I see today another R399 is being deducted from my account again. And sadly I can't go through on the telephone numbers. And I also see that they are quite sneaky with the fact that they deduct on different dates. I want my money back!
