**** of note!!!

I am so outraged. Received "Free" month cource with #Vodacom Shake promotion and signed my son up for guitar lessons. On the android app the pop ups on screen is so that when trying to scroll past the adds for Toolkits ect. registers a true "One touch purchase". There goes R500. No contact details, just email via website! they rep**** they cannot refund but will give me the full course including toolkit and extra material. OK, then... they debit another R400 the next month!!! **** **** ****,. Cannot delete credit card info, cannot cancel , have to call a number during work hours. I am shocked they are still able to operate and affiliated with Vodacom.
