****- not able to cancel

I saw free learning and registered. To my shock I'm not able to cancel subscription. There's a number you must call but its not available all day - a voice message that says office are open Mon to Fri. I have sent numerous emails to cancel but no joy.I do not want any subscription with Shaw Academy..it would appear as a ****. Cancel my subscription.
