Exactly the same as the previous reviews. They reactivate your account without making it clear and without you signing or agreeing to anything and then tell you you never cancelled when I had cancelled last September. I have emails about reactivating my account but apparently I should have received an email from them saying my account had been cancelled and they had deleted my bank details. They make you ring up to cancel your subscription so there is no paper-trail. Thieving company who needs to be shut down. I have reported them and will be taking this further.
