I was billed for the trial version back in October 2020 and have requested a refund and i tried to cancel trial but we're unable to. After going back and forth, I have received a refund then. I then requested that my account be removed and that the company prevent this from happening again.

Last week the exact same thing happened and this time the contact centre agent referred to the deduction as "partial subscription dues". After telling the company to cancel my account back in October, they tried deducting my account again and now calls it to be my fault which is incorrect and infringement on my Consumer Rights as per the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.

This time I'm not getting my refund as they feel they want to bill consumers for services which NEVER have been used and was clearly cancelled by their Contact Centre agents. This is the second time and the world we live in today, with covid, no one has the the liberty to waste my money.

Give me my refund!!!
