**********: Can't even get the product I purchased!

Shaw took my money last week , and have since refused to reimburse me even though the toolkit I purchased is INCOMPLETE ON THEIR SIDE! Although purchasing the toolkit was an accident on my side, I would have accepted this. BUT the product I purchased is incomplete! I could not finish my course because the lessons haven't been uploaded by the "lecturer" yet, and I can thus not receive a certificate or diploma or anything! Shame on you, Shaw! The least you could do is ensure toolkits are complete before even putting them up for purchase... And give me back my money! I paid for 32 lessons, and only 6 are available!
