I signed up for 4-weeks "free" course and they charged me for no reason and without my consent. They insist that they won't refund but give other promotions and upgrade my account instead. ( That's RIDICULOUS. Who asks for that?)

I need my money back NOT to upgrade that trash course. And delete my account and bank data now! I sent a lot of emails to get the copy-paste email back.
