RUN FOR THE HILLS!! **********! FRADULENT ACTIVITY!

Run for the hills! DO NOT SIGN UP to the "FREE" trial. This company is a ****, from the very start of the experience to the terrible end. I have never been so blatantly **** too, and **********. The course content is poor, I believe a year 4 student could whip together a better presentation. I signed up for three different classes, which somehow had the same instructor who was teaching them, and my partner signed up to two other classes which has the same instructor, man she must be one qualified lady. Turns out, same instructor on ALL courses, she must have over 50 qualifications. They're NOT globally recognised, nor have a CPD accreditation.

The second part that got me from the start was the INSANE amount of texts and emails I would receive in one day, on the first day I got 27 emails and 15 texts! I also got three phone calls from people trying to sell me things, this just kept happening!

It only took me a few days to realise something was really wrong here, so I proceeded to cancel my "FREE TRIAL", I followed the links to do so, where I was bombarded with their cancellation process, which involved 6 pages to go through of them trying to keep me, but in a way of absolute harrassment and pushing to sell me more things. Once you finally get to the end, they say that you need to call their phone number to cancel. Their phone number they provide for "assistance" goes straight to a voicemail, I tried for two weeks, everyday between 9am until 5pm when apparently it's open, and no answer, they say I am calling out of office hours. I also sent several emails via their support chat, which I would receive a call from "Dublin" the Shaw Academy head office with someone trying to sell me more courses, as soon as I say I want to cancel, they get agressive and rude, at one point they just hung up on me! I was then forced to send another email stating that if they didn't cancel my membership that I would be forced to take legal action against them, which I was very happy to! I also said that I would go on to every platform and write about my terrible experience with Shaw Academy, and hopefully save other people from these ***** people.

I called my bank to cancel my card, as I had a bad feeling they would try and charge me, the bank advsied me they had tried to charge my card 3 times with no luck, as I had moved my money into another account. Card was cancelled, thank god! My partner unfortunately had money taken and currently trying to get it back through a chargeback, and Shaw Academy are saying no to a refund and trying to sell him more classes.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, AVOID!!!!!
