Ripoff Merchants

Posting this as had enough of this company after the umpteenth time of contacting their customer service team see my message below. I am extremely appalled at your level of customer service, I paid the sum of £42.95 for a hard copy diploma and it still hasn't arrived. I passed the validation test and there is no excuse, you've ripped me off. I wish to have a refund, this is getting beyond a joke. To this day about 6 months on, still no hard copy diploma. Avoid like the plague.
