Refund my money back

This is the worst academy ever. I got a free 30 day trail right, so if you cancel before 30 days they wont charge you. I however went online and cancelled my subscription before my 30 days, then i got a not saying I need to call in to explain why i want to cancel. They went and deducted money from my account even though I cancelled online, i struggled to get hold of this people, sent a whole lot of emails back and forth and this people refused to cancel my subscription, instead they just gave me more free toolkit which i didn't want and check this, if i don't cancel the toolkit before 30 days they will keep on deducting. What makes me so mad is not even about losing the R400( which is a lot given in this day and age) but more so as much as they say they care about your education, hence them shoving this packages down your throat, all they care about is making money. This is so disgusting and fyi they refuse to refund my money back
