Refund my money

Shaw Academy is advertising a free 4 week book keeping course on Facebook, I decided to grab the opportunity because I want to pursue my career.

As I was registering on the website, they asked for my bank account details for a debit after the free 4 week trial, which I understood and continued with the registration in mind knowing as they declared money will only be debited after the 18 September on my account.

Now there is an online payment on my account which states is for the modules which I never agreed to pay for now but after my free trial. I sent the billings team an email of them refunding me, but they refuse without any pity and understanding after explaining the money they took is for my 3 month old baby formula..

I need my refund asap. Please stop *****ing students with you advertising your courses for free knowing there is a catch.

They cancelled my membership right after they saw my complaint which I did not ask them to do so. So why keep my money if I wont be studying with you. I haven't even started with my classes I was only supposed to start on the 24 September 2020 but you decided to cancel my membership and still keep my money.
