Refund and Cancel!!!

Bad bad Bad!!! Total ******** I tell you!!! I have registered for a 3 months course apparently the 1st 4 weeks is free, I have been pressured to make a once off payment off R999 to unlock my study materials, for some reason my bank card did not want to work to make the online payment instead I used my sisters bank card details after making the payments I asked shaw academy to remove her details off from their system as she does not have an account with them. 2 days after the payment another a R500 went off on her account for a e-certificate Wich was never supposed to be purchased I was scrolling on their website and as I was scrolling I hit a download link button immediately a R500 was deducted from my siblings account. This is theft!!! My understanding towards making an online purchase is there should stand purchase or buy. I asked that they should refund and Cancel my account instead they offered me a free life long membership service to complete any or many courses for the next 3 to 5 years!!! They said they can't refund d me and that is wat they offer me instead. This not right and I won't accept this Can some one please help me to get my money back, because I have been conned ****med!!! I asked that they should cancel my membership asswell but my status still shows in trial!! I tried to unsubcribe them from my notifications but it does not work they want me to contact them with a valid reason as to why I want to cancel!!! When I have been told that they don't have a number to reach them on some one needs to do something about this poeple urgently and help us get our money back urgently please!!!
