Reactivated my account and charged me without me knowing

If only I could give a zero rating!!! I cancelled my membership on 5 December 2019 and even received a confirmation email. I was then harassed by Shaw consultants who acted as if I still had a membership much to my confusion. Then to add to my confusion a subscription fee came off my credit card on 4th Jan 2020. On checking my Shaw account it turns out that my account had been reactivated, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! ***! I then immediately cancelled the subscription and emailed their support line and have yet not received any form of response, let alone an apology or refund!!! This is a BS institute who robs people. DON'T EVEN SIGN UP. THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!
