Good afternoon

A few days ago I came across your free courses and decided to sign up and I entered all my bank details and wasn't aware that this actually does not include all the modules.

Late yesterday money was deducted from my bank account and I tried to email them however they are saying that the email address has not been found but this is the very same email that I have used to sign up with.

I wanted to cancel my membership earlier I went through all the steps on the webpage but now I was given a number which I need to contact on Monday. It is time-consuming according to me.

This is my email last email to them, I would like my money to refunded and my membership canceled. you people are very misleading and contradicting your potential students especially during this time when we cant make use of the use of classroom facilities.
