Purchases that goes off without permission

Accidentally clicked on a button and 400 rand went off from my account, I am really not impressed by this as it was my last money in my account and supposed to be for another debit order! I did not confirm for any purchase to go off, highly upset about this. Other than that I really enjoyed it but I am not happy about this purchase and I would like the money back
