Online Courses

The content of the courses is great. But I find the responses to my comments and questions completely inappropriate!For a service that is supposed to be live and have live presenters it is very disappointing that I have never had a relevant response or an answer to a question during a webinar. If I want any info I have to email the presenter or support and pray I get a reply. Sometimes this takes days and this is very frustrating when you are trying to understand a difficult concept in a lesson.
