Not Transparent

Dear Shaw Academy Money was taking from account for a toolkit which I did not Authorise or agree on purchasing. Your consultants are forcing their opinion that I Purchased the toolkit and that your policy says no refund for toolkits. And to top it all off I can't even access the toolkit at all. I would like my money refunded in full!
