Not easy cancelling your subscription with Shaw Academy as they claim!

I would NOT recommend Shaw Academy at all! They have loads of hidden cost. And it is not as easy to cancel your subscription as they claim it is. I razing a ticket on line and emailed them more than once request them to cancel my subscription. They now require me to call them requesting it. I have explained more than once that I am abroad and can not call.

Easy taking my money, not so easy cancelling the payment.
