NO REFUND POLICY

I initially thought I was signing up for a free course, as advertised, but it seems I purchased a package in error and so I asked for a refund. According to the consultants (which is basically a big call center) they have a "NO REFUND POLICY". Instead of your money back they will offer you free access to certain items you would normally have to purchase. In my opinion Its all just a big money making **** - if they cared about the consumer, they would of at least refunded me if not in entirely, then at least partially, as I have explained it was an error which I cannot afford at this time. I would definitely not recommend this company to anybody and would caution anybody wanting to sign up for their courses.
