No correspondence on emails

I have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks now with absolutely no response. I finished the diploma and paid for my hard copy certificate and am now trying to make arrangements to get my certificate. They have all my contact details and phoned every second day until I eventually signed up, but now that I need something from them....that I’ve paid for....radio silence. I will reconsider my review rating once I get a response.
