NO ASSISTANCE AFTER COURSE MATERIAL DISAPPEARS

I am currently doing a photography course with Shaw which has gone well up until Monday the 19th of April when I added an additional course to my profile. upon adding the additional course, I purchased the course material. Thereafter, I have been unable to access either one of my courses, course materials or assignments. I have attempted logging in on several different devices and platforms- all in vain. The most annoying part of it all is that upon log in, i am continuously promted to purchase the eCertificate which makes absolutely no sense since I am unable to access any of the other resources in order to continue my course.

At this stage, I am at wits end and just about ready to cancel my membership.

I have emailed their support line but also, once again, no assistance there too.

I would like to complete my courses since i have paid for this but if I do not receive any response, I will have no choice but to cancel my membership and insist on a refund for the course materials.
