Nearly Impossible To Cancel The Account!

While the courses are good, it is very hard to cancel the account. They give you an option to do this on the app and it won’t be cancelled until you call a number. The number you call has an automated response, so you never talk to someone. After you have completed the process on the phone, the phone automatically hangs up on you, and STILL the account is active.

I sent an email requesting to cancel my account and the response I got was to go back to the app and follow the process from the beginning. It was very frustrating!

I like the courses but I feel the way this institution makes it hard for people to cancel their subscription is a **** and should be looked at.

After my 5th attempt, my account was finally cancelled. I will further deactivate my PayPal to make sure no money is taken out.
