Most Frustrating experience of my life!!

Absolutely disgusting service. I have now been waiting 117 days to have my account sorted out with them. Query for login issues has been going on since November 2020. I have sent email upon email requesting this to be rectified, and this is after Shaw Academy had taken funds from my bank account without authorization for a FREE Course
