Money *****s, dishonest and take money off without your permission

This has been the worst experience for me! I did a course with them and wasn't impressed with the content. I decided to cancel and that was the hardest thing to do. I managed to get hold of call center and the guy said he will cancel for me but will also give me a free item. When I clicked on the item they charged me. They refused to give me my money back and it was an insanely difficult process to cancel. It has been a year since I cancelled and suddenly I am being debited again. They reactivated my account without my permission or notifying me. In fact, I have no received any communication from them since I cancelled. It's a massive ****. They will ***** your money and make it impossible to contact anyone to help you. There's no way to get hold of the company.
