Money taken out from account without consent

I signed up at Shaw Academy. They took out my money from my account without my consent. Upon raising up this query and several back and forth, I was told they were not able to refund me, instead, they offered to give me access to my course material for 12 months with a certificate. Eventually, I agreed to the offer. Next thing, I was blocked out of my student account, when I enquired they told me they had deleted my account. Thus I cannot access the course material they promised me. Every effort to resolve this issue goes unsuccessful, instead, I'm referred to different student advisors who are not offering any solution.
