Money ****

I used their free trial and after it they thought they can take my money. I want my total of R1000 back. I did not use the service since my free trial expired. I canceled after the trial expired and emailed them every month after. I want my money back ASAP. I emailed them recently and only they said they can only give me 6 months free but I dont want that stupid service.
