Money for Nuthin!

<p>I AM EXTREMELY UPSET! I have asked my bank for a refund for my course "Diploma in Cookery, October 17th 2016". Shaw Academy has had my money for about 2 months and my bank tells me that it could be another month or two before they can complete their investigation and return my money. I am a senior in financial hardship and my wife and I discussed whether to get this course and decided that since I love cooking and am alone most of the time that we would go ahead with it. BUT there is no access to the course, and I have spent several frustrating hours over a period of three days, waiting to access the course, calling for help (two phone calls and several emails) , all to no avail. The related stress has made me ill and very depressed.</p>
